Born in the vibrant Caribbean and raised in the bustling city of Miami, Florida, I now call the serene Midwest home. 

Here, I live with my wife, Tanika, our two wonderful children, Destiny and Gabriel, and our beloved furry companion, Cocoa.

An Unconventional Path to Success 

My professional journey is a diverse tapestry of experiences. Over the past two decades, I’ve dedicated myself to law enforcement, launched a digital marketing agency, started numerous successful online businesses, and even owned a restaurant and two retail stores. 

This unique blend of experiences allows me to bring a fresh perspective to every venture I undertake.

With more than 15 years in digital marketing and two years in the recruiting unit, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these agencies.
