Born in the vibrant Caribbean and raised in the bustling city of Miami, Florida, I now call the serene Midwest home. 

Here, I live with my wife, Tanika, our two wonderful children, Destiny and Gabriel, and our beloved furry companion, Cocoa.

An Unconventional Path to Success 

My professional journey is a diverse tapestry of experiences. Over the past two decades, I’ve dedicated myself to law enforcement, launched a digital marketing agency, started numerous successful online businesses, and even owned a restaurant and two retail stores. 

This unique blend of experiences allows me to bring a fresh perspective to every venture I undertake.

Throughout these interactions, I became acutely aware of the challenges that agencies face in cultivating a diverse talent pool. The first glaring issue was the absence of automation in many agencies. It was surprising to see the reluctance to leverage modern technology that could streamline operations and expand their reach, especially in an era where technological advancements are reshaping industries worldwide.
